Cecil Day-Lewis
Cecil Day-Lewis (27. april 1904 - 22. maj 1972) bio je britanski pjesnik i književnik rodom iz Irske. Osim poezijom, bavio se i pisanjem kriminalističkih romana pod pseudonimom Nicholas Blake.

Bio je oženjen dva puta - za učiteljicu Constance Mary King, sa kojom je imao dva sina; nakon razvoda se godine 1951. oženio za glumicu Jill Bacon, sa kojom je imao dva sina - režisera Tamasina Day-Lewisa i glumca Daniela Day-Lewisa.
