Tridekanska kiselina
Tridekanska kiselina (tridecilinska kiselina, tridekanoinska kiselina) je zasićena masna kiselina sa ugljovodoničnim lancom dugim 13 ugljenika. Njena hemijska formula je CH3(CH2)11COOH. Ona je prisutna u mlečnim proizvodima.[5][6]
