Glaucin

Glaucin je alkaloid prisutan u nekoliko različitih vrsta biljki kao što su Glaucium flavum[5], Glaucium oxylobum,[6] Croton lechleri[7] i Corydalis yanhusuo.[8] On ima bronhodilatatorske i antiinflamatorne efekte, usled delovanja kao PDE4 inhibitor i blokator kalcijumovog kanala,[9] i koristi se kao antitusik u nekim zemljama.[10] Glaucin može da ima nuspojave poput sedacije, umora, i halucinogena dejstva karakterisana burnim vizuelnim prikazima,[11][12] i od nedavno je zabeležena njegova upotreba kao droge.[13]
