Frederick William MacMonnies
Frederick William MacMonnies (28. septembar 1863 – 22. mart 1937) bio je američki kipar iz Beaux-Arts škole, koji je postigao veliki uspjeh u Francuskoj, a kasnije i u domovini. Bio je i uspješan slikar specijaliziran za portrete.

Jedno od njegovih najpoznatijih djela - Bahantica i mladi faun - je izazvalo kontroverze zbog realističkog prikaza nagog ženskog tijela, i bilo povučeno sa izložbe zbog navodnog vrijeđanja morala.
