Glicilpeptid N-tetradekanoiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.97, peptid N-miristoiltransferaza, miristoil-KoA-protein N-miristoiltransferaza, miristoil-koenzim A:protein N-miristoil transferaza, miristoilacioni enzim, protein N-miristoiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tetradekanoil-KoA:glicilpeptid N-tetradekanoiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Enzim iz kvasca je veoma specifičan za tetradekanoil-KoA, za N-terminalni glicin u oligopeptidima koji sadrže serin u 5-pozicija. Enzim iz srca sisara prenosi grupe na specifične 51 kDa akceptorske proteine.
