TCB-2 je (2C-BCB) halucinogen.[3] On je konformaciono ograničen derivat fenetilamina 2C-B, koji je takođe halucinogen, i deluje koa potentan agonist za 5-HT2A i 5-HT2C receptore sa Ki od 0,26 nM na ljudskom 5-HT2A receptoru.
