Kvercetin 2,3-dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.24, kvercetinaza, flavonol 2,4-oksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom kvercetin:kiseonik 2,3-oksidoreduktaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Enzim iz Aspergillus sp. je bakarni protein, dok enzim iz Bacillus subtilis sadrži gvožđe.
