Izopiperitenol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.223, izopiperitinolna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (-)-trans-izopiperitenol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Izopiperitinolna dehidrogenaza deluje na (-)-trans-izopiperitenol, (+)-trans-piperitenol i (+)-trans-pulegol. Učestvuje u biosintezi mentola i srodnih monoterpena u lišću peperminta (Mentha piperita).
