N-metilna nukleozidaza (EC 3.2.2.25, 7-metilksantozinska nukleozidaza, N-MeNaza, N-metil nukleozidna hidrolaza, metilpurinska nukleozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 7-metilksantozinska ribohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim preferentno hidrolizuje 3- i 7-metilpurinske nukleozide, kao što su 3-metilksantozin, 3-metiladenozin i 7-metilguanozin.
