1,2-dihidroksinaftalen dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.56, 1,2-DHN dioksigenaza, DHNDO, 1,2-dihidroksinaftalenska oksigenaza, 1,2-dihidroksinaftalen:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom naftalen-1,2-diol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
