UDP-N-acetilmuramoilalanil-D-glutamat-2,6-diamino-pimelatna ligaza (EC 6.3.2.13, MurE sintetaza, UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamat:meso-2,6-diamino-heptanedioat ligaza (formira ADP), UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamil-meso-2,6-diaminopimelat sintetaza, UDP-N-acetilmuramoilalanil-D-glutamat—2,6-diaminopimelat ligaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetilmuramoil-L-alanil-D-glutamat:meso-2,6-diaminoheptandioat gama-ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
