Transportujuća ATPaza steroida (EC 3.6.3.45, protein pleiotropske otpornosti na lekove, PDR protein) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (eksport steroida).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
