Trans-resveratrol di-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.240, ROMT, resveratrolna O-metiltransferaza, pterostilbenska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:trans-resveratrol 3,5-O-dimetiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
