Trans-heksapreniltranstransferaza (EC 2.5.1.30, sve-trans-heptaprenil-difosfatna sintaza, heptaprenil pirofosfatna sintaza, heptaprenil pirofosfatna sintetaza, HepPP sintaza, HepPS, heptaprenilpirofosfatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat farneziltranstransferaza (dodaje 4 izopentenilne jedinice).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim katalizuje reakcije kondenzacije reakcije kojima se formira sve-trans-heptaprenilni difosfat, izoprenoidni bočni lanac ubihinona-7 i menahinona-7.
