TRNK (citozin34-C5)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.203, hTrm4 Mtaza, hTrm4 metiltransferaza, hTrm4 (gen), tRNK:m5C-metiltransferaza (nespecifična)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (citozin34-C5)-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ljudski enzim je specifičan za C5-metilaciju citozina34 u tRNK prekursorima. Intron u ljudskom pre-tRNKLeu(CAA) je nezamenjiv za C5-metilaciju citozina u prvoj poziciji antikodona. Ovaj enzim ne može da formira 5-metilcitozin u pozicijama 48 i 49 ljudkih i kvašćanih tRNK prekursora.
