Sulfit oksidaza (EC 1.8.3.1, sulfitna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sulfit:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
