Skvalen—hopanolna ciklaza (EC 4.2.1.129, skvalen—hopenska ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hopan-22-ol hidrolijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
