S-linaloolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.25, LIS, Lis, 3S-linaloolna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (3S)-linalool).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
