2,4,7-Trihidroksi-1,4-benzoksazin-3-on-glukozid 7-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.241, BX7 (gen), OMT BX7) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:(2R)-4,7-dihidroksi-3-okso-3,4-dihidro-2H-1,4-benzoksazin-2-il beta-D-glukopiranozid 7-O-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi zaštitnog benzoksazinoida DIMBOA [(2R)-4-hidroksi-7-metoksi-3-okso-3,4-dihidro-2H-1,4-benzoksazina] kod pojedinih biljki, najčešće iz familije Poaceae (trave).
