Ribonukleozid-trifosfat reduktaza (EC 1.17.4.2, ribonukleotidna reduktaza, 2'-dezoksiribonukleozid-trifosfat:oksidovani-tioredoksin 2'-oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2'-dezoksiribonukleozid-trifosfat:tioredoksin-disulfid 2'-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
