Citrat (Re)-sintaza (EC 2.3.3.3, (R)-citratna sintaza, Re-citratna sintaza, citrat oksaloacetatna lijaza ((pro-3R)-CH2COO--acetil-KoA)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:oksaloacetat C-acetiltransferaza (tioestarska hidroliza, formiranje (pro-R)-karboksimetila).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim se inaktivira kiseonikom. On je prisutan kod pojedinih anaeroba.
