'''Eleuzinske misterije''' ({{lang-el|Ἐλευσίνια Μυστήρια}}) su bile [[inicijacijske ceremonije|inicijanske ceremonije]] koje su se svake godine održavale među poklonicama [[kult]]a [[Antička Grčka|grčkih]] boginja [[Demetra|Demetre]] i [[Perzefona|Perzefone]] u [[Elefsina|Eleuzini]]. Predstavljaju najpoznatiji i najvažniji od svih [[misterijski kult|misterijskih kultova]] u [[antika|antici]].
