Polimanuronatna hidrolaza (EC 3.2.1.121, polimanuronsko kiselinska polimeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom poli(manuronid) manuronohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
