Peroksigenaza biljnog semena (EC 1.11.2.3, biljna peroksigenaza, peroksigenaza zrna soje) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom supstrat:hidroperoksid oksidoreduktaza (RH-hidroksilacija ili epoksidacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je protein sa hemom i sa vezanim kalcijumom (kaleozinskog tipa). Enzimi ovog tipa obuhvataju za membranu vezane proteine prisutne u semenu raznih biljki.
