Fosforibozil AMP ciklohidrolaza (EC 3.5.4.19, PRAMP-ciklohidrolaza, fosforiboziladenozin monofosfatna ciklohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-(5-fosfo-D-ribozil)-AMP 1,6-hidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Enzim iz Neurospora crassa takođe katalizuje reakcije EC 1.1.1.23 (histidinol dehidrogenaze) i EC 3.6.1.31 (fosforibozil-ATP difosfataze).
