Fosfopantotenoilcisteinska dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.36, 4-fosfopantoteoilcisteinska dekarboksilaza, 4-fosfopantotenoil-L-cisteinska dekarboksilaza, PPC-dekarboksilaza, N-((R)-4'-fosfopantothenoil)-L-cisteinska karboksilijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-((R)-4'-fosfopantotenoil)-L-cistein karboksi-lijaza (formira pantotein-4'-fosfat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
