Piridoksalna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.74, vitamin B6 (piridoksin) fosfataza, PLP fosfataza, vitamin B6-fosfatna fosfataza, PNP fosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom piridoksal-5'-fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
