CGMP-zavisna proteinska kinaza (EC 2.7.11.12, 3':5'-ciklična GMP-zavisna proteinska kinaza, cGMP-zavisna proteinska kinaza Ibeta, guanozin 3':5'-ciklični monofosfat-zavisna proteinska kinaza, PKG, PKG 1alfa, PKG 1beta, PKG II, STK23) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:protein fosfotransferaza (cGMP-zavisni).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
