2-Oksopent-4-enoatna hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.80, 2-keto-4-pentenoatna hidrataza, OEH, 2-keto-4-pentenoat (vinilpiruvat) hidrataza, 4-hidroksi-2-oksopentanoat hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-hidroksi-2-oksopentanoat hidrolijaza (formira 2-oksopent-4-enoat).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
