Nukleozid-trifosfataza
Nukleozid-trifosfataza (EC 3.6.1.15, nukleozidna trifosfatna fosfohidrolaza, nukleozid-5-trifosfatna fosfohidrolaza, nukleozidna 5-trifosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nespecifična difosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim takođe hidrolizuje druge nukleozidne trifosfate, difosfate, tiamin difosfat i FAD.
