Nikotinamid-nukleotid adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.1, NAD+ pirofosforilaza, adenozin trifosfat-nikotinamid mononukleotid transadenilaza, ATP:NMN adenililtransferaza, difosfopiridin nukleotid pirofosforilaza, nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid pirofosforilaza, nikotinamid mononukleotid adenililtransferaza, NMN adenililtransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:nikotinamid-nukleotid adenililtransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
