N-acetilglukozaminildifosfodolihol N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.141, UDP-GlcNAc:dolihil-pirofosforil-GlcNAc GlcNAc transferaza, uridin difosfoacetilglukozamin-dolihilacetilglukozamin pirofosfat acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, N,N'-diacetilhitobiozilpirofosforildolihol sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-difosfodolihol N-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
