Inozitol 3-kinaza (EC 2.7.1.64, inozitol-1-kinaza (fosforilacija), mioinozitolna kinaza, mio-inozitolna 1-kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:mio-inozitol 1-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
