Metansulfonat monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.111, mesilatna monooksigenaza, mesilat,redukovani-FMN:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza, MsmABC, metansulfonska kiselina monooksigenaza, MSA monooksigenaza, MSAMO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom metansulfonat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein. Metansulfonat je najjednostavniji sulfonat i supstrat za rast pojedinih metilotrofnih mikroorganizama.
