Metilmalonil-KoA dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.41, propionil koenzim A karboksilaza, metilmalonil-koenzim A dekarboksilaza, (S)-2-metil-3-oksopropanoil-KoA karboksilijaza, (S)-metilmalonil-KoA karboksilijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-metilmalonil-KoA karboksilijaza (formira propanoil-KoA).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
