Malonil-KoA dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.9, malonil koenzim A dekarboksilaza, malonil-KoA karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom malonil-KoA karboksi-lijaza (formira acetil-KoA).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
