Leišmanolizin (EC 3.4.24.36, promastigotna površinska endopeptidaza, glikoprotein gp63, Leishmania metaloproteinaza, površinska kiselinska proteinaza, promastigotna površinska proteaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
