3-ketosteroid 9alfa-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.142, KshAB, 3-ketosteroid 9alfa-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom androsta-1,4-dien-3,17-dion,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (9alfa-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u holesterol degradaciji u nekoliko bakterijskih patogena, kao što je Mycobakterija tuberculosis.
