Kinurenin 3-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.9, kinureninska 3-hidroksilaza, kinureninska hidroksilaza, L-kinurenin-3-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-kinurenin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
