Holesterol 24-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.98, holesterol 24-monooksigenaza, CYP46, CYP46A1, holesterolna 24S-hidroksilaza, citohromna P450 46A1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom holesterol,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (24-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). On takođe može da formira 25-hidroksiholesterol.
