Hinat O-hidroksicinamoiltransferaza
Hinat O-hidroksicinamoiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.99, hidroksicinamoil koenzim A-hinat transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom feruloil-KoA:hinat O-(hidroksicinamoil)transferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:

Kofeoil-KoA i 4-kumaroil-KoA takođe mogu da deluju kao donori, mada sporije. Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi hlorogene kiseline u slatkom krompiru, i sa enzimom EC 2.3.1.98, hlorogenat---glukarat O-hidroksicinamoiltransferaza, u formiranju kafeoil-KoA u paradajzu.
