Hidroksifenilacetonitril 2-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.42, 4-hidroksifenilacetonitrilna monooksigenaza, 4-hidroksifenilacetonitrilna hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-hidroksifenilacetonitril,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2-hidroksilacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
