Heksaprenil difosfat sintaza (geranilgeranil-difosfat specifična) (EC 2.5.1.82, HexPS, (sve-E) heksaprenil difosfatna sintaza, (sve-trans) heksaprenil difosfatna sintaza, heksaprenil pirofosfatna sintaza, HexPPs, heksaprenil difosfatna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat transferaza (dodaje 2 izopentenilne jedinice).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
