Hidroksimetilglutaril-KoA reduktaza (NADPH) (EC 1.1.1.34, hidroksimetilglutaril koenzim A reduktaza (redukovani nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat), 3-hidroksi-3-metilglutaril-KoA reduktaza, beta-hidroksi-beta-metilglutaril koenzim A reduktaza, hidroksimetilglutaril KoA reduktaza (NADPH), S-3-hidroksi-3-metilglutaril-KoA reduktaza, NADPH-hidroksimetilglutaril-KoA reduktaza, HMGKoA reduktaza-mevalonat:NADP-oksidoreduktaza (acetilacija KoA), 3-hidroksi-3-metilglutaril KoA reduktaza (NADPH), hidroksimetilglutaril-KoA reduktaza (NADPH2)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-mevalonat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (acetilacija KoA).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
