Glioksilat reduktaza (NADP+) (EC 1.1.1.79, NADPH-glioksilatna reduktaza, glioksilatna reduktaza (NADP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glikolat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Glioksilat reduktaza takođe redukuje hidroksipiruvat do glicerata. Ona ima umeren afinitet za NAD+.
