Glicerol kinaza (EC 2.7.1.30, glicerokinaza, GK, ATP:glicerol-3-fosfotransferaza, glicerolna kinaza (fosforilacija), glicerna kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:glicerol 3-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
