Gama-kurkumenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.94, PatTpsA (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira gama-kurkumen).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
