Sklareolna ciklaza (EC 3.1.7.4, geranilgeranil pirofosfat:sklareol ciklaza, geranilgeranil pirofosfat-sklareol ciklaza, GGPP:sklareol ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat difosfohidrolaza (formira sklareol).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
