Guanidinobutiraza (EC 3.5.3.7, gama-guanidobutiraza, 4-guanidinobutiratna amidinobutiraza, gama-guanidinobutiratna amidinohidrolaza, G-Baza, GBH, guanidinobutiratna urejahidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-guanidinobutanoat amidinohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
