Fosfatidilinozitolna deacilaza (EC 3.1.1.52, fosfatidilinozitolna fosfolipaza A2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-fosfatidil-D-mio-inozitol 2-acilhidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
